The aim of this project is to showcase men working in a variety of nursing roles to promote nursing as an attractive profession for men.
There are low numbers of men in nursing, and the perception of nursing as a profession for women reduces the pool of potential recruits. Workplace diversity has well-documented benefits and is a core objective of the College.
